Payment Options

Payment options available to confirm your booking include Credit or Debit Card, Western Union, PayPal, and International Bank Transfer. To secure your service, we require a deposit and your personal information (the booking form will be sent to you via email).

For regular services, the standard deposit is 40% per person, which secures your departure, covers permits, and reserves spots like Machu Picchu, Train Tickets and Hotels. Please note that the deposit amount may vary depending on the service.

Be sure to provide both your personal details and deposit to confirm your booking.

Payment Options Details:

1.- Credit or Debit Card

A 4.5% processing fee will be applied to payments made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club. This fee covers bank commissions and will be automatically adjusted to the total amount. Once payment is complete, we will confirm your booking by email and proceed with the reservation process.

2.- PayPal Details

PayPal can be used for both the deposit and final payment. Please note, PayPal charges us a 5% fee per transaction, which will be added to your payment. We kindly ask that clients cover this fee.

• After completing your payment, please forward the confirmation email from PayPal to us for verification.
• If you use PayPal for the final payment, it must be made at least one month before the service date.
• Ensure the deposit is made in USD$.

3.- Western Union Details

Western Union can be used for both the deposit and final payment. You can process the payment online via Western Union using your card.

Please note, Western Union transfers may take over a day to process. Once you’ve sent the payment, kindly provide us with the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) so we can collect the funds.

If using Western Union for the final payment, the transaction must be completed at least one month before the service date.

Ensure the deposit is made in USD$.

4.- International Bank Transfer

This option can be used for both the deposit and final payment. Bank details will be sent via email. Please note that all international bank fees must be paid by the participant. Any additional fees will be added to the final balance, pay able in Cusco.

For payments to Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), please add 5% to the deposit to cover transfer fees.
